Okay, these aren’t our school colors, but it’s the name of the pattern by Spud & Chloe, using Spud & Chloe Sweater Yarn in colors Splash (just barely started on the 5th skein) and Pollen (took all of 2 skeins). I knit girls size XL and it just fits my eleven-year-old (I shortened the sleeves by doing 9 stripes instead of the 11 called for in the pattern, but otherwise made no modifications). The sweater is knit on US 7 circular needles — 32” for the sweater and 12” for the sleeves (instead of dpns).
I love Spud & Chloe Sweater yarn – a great combination of organic cotton and superwash wool, it’s soft but sturdy. The colors are so beautiful and vibrant – and there’s so many choices – you could come up with endless combinations for this pattern. I’m not sure I’d knit one for myself though, because the pattern creates a very tight fit – not usually what I’m looking for in my sweatshirts or hoodies.Pin It
